Restraining Order Abuse archived!

edited July 2016
For those interested in the resources at the now removed restraining order abuse website here is an option.

The internet archive project has copied much of the web site. The navigation may find some absent but generally its all there. It does not flow as good as the original but if you use logic a dead link from some other source can be pasted into the archive box and likely be found.

If anyone has any potential to have your site downed please let me know and I will copy it before it goes, in case it goes.

Good luck to all! I am heading to my final court hearing to recover the 950.00 out of pocket expenses. Starts in about 2.5 hours!

  • Nice!!! Thank you for this information Randy!! I just went to the link and found a few of the articles that I had wanted to read over again. You are a genius!

How did court go on the 5th?
  • I think it is premature to assume ROA will stay down forever. It will come online again at some point.
  • Did Todd get his site back? Looks like he did and it is just log in secured while he works through litigation. If he has it he should copy it now.

They awarded me $937.00. Frederic A. Blum of B & R services in Pennsylvania has until August 5, 2016 to pay or it goes to judgement. I suspect he will not pay and I will have to file more motions including some sanctions for perjury (notary signed two different dates, not in front of notary) and substantive procedural lapses (i.e. attorney filed exparte petition under the guise of a prose, did not appear until after temp was granted). Regretfully if he doesnt pay then the sanctions will be sought against the attorney who should be held to their rules of civil practice.

I was ready to end the attorney involvment but by not paying Blum appears to have more substantive motions needed.
